The Launched Learning Program

Children growing up in families of significant means face unique opportunities and challenges. Preparation matters. Launched Learning helps families introduce essential conversations early, in ways that feel natural, age-appropriate, and deeply human. It’s not about revealing financial information or the particulars of wealth accumulation. Based on work with the children of America’s wealthiest families the program blends education, reflection, and hands-on exploration while preparing children for the lives they will lead. ​

Meet the Founders

Mindy Kalinowski Earley and Susan Wells Jenevein have been working with ultra-high-net-worth families for decades. They are trusted advisors invited into family meetings, family offices, and family homes. They lead projects around human capital development, philanthropy, next generation preparation, family cohesion, and children’s education. Launched Learning is born out of a desire to bring their experience and resources to families and advisors seeking a learning program that will prepare children for the unique lives they will lead.
